Simple guide to help you get started with collaborative decision-making.

Who’s Involved?

Noni room involves two user roles:

The host is the person who creates the decision room, invites participants, and guides the session. They have the control over the room and the decision-making steps.

Participants join an existing decision room using a direct link or a room pin provided by the host. They can quickly hop in, share their input, and take part in the decision-making process with just a few clicks. No sign-in is needed!

Step 1: Join or Host?

If you have been invited to a room as a participant, click Join a room and follow the next steps.

If you want to create new room, click Host a room and proceed to the sign-up.

Step 2a: Join without Sign Up

When joining a room, just choose a username and enter the session code you have received from the host.

No account, no hassle — just jump in and start collaborating.

Step 2b: Sign Up as Host

To host a session in Noni, you’ll need to sign up for a free account. It only takes a minute — no technical setup required.

You can sign up using your email or with your Google account.
