The hardest part is knowing what matters most.
When every voice brings a different perspective, it can be tough to prioritize. That’s where ATR Noni’s Rank Options method helps.
Hosting a Room in 60 seconds

Step 1. Sign in
To act as a Host, you need to sign in to Noni. Just follow the easy steps introduced here.
After you have signed in, click Host a room button from the front page to start creating a new room.
Noni can be used for Free, but with Engage you gain access to all features!

Step 2. Room type
Noni allows you to host two types of rooms:
- Select One – for making a shared decision
- Rank Options – for gathering team preferences
These instructions demonstrate the second one, so click Continue to Rank Options

Step 3. Room prep
Once you’re selected the room type, it’s time to start creating it:
Update your name if you wish.
Give your room a name that fits the topic (e.g. Team event).
Click Create room to open it.

Step 4. Add options
Before inviting your team, you have to submit the options that they will rank later:
Enter one option at a time
Add at least two options
Check the comparison count to ensure that the process does not become too heavy
When you’re ready, click Finish preparing options to continue.

Step 5. Share link
The easiest way to invite your team is to click Copy link button. Just simply share the link with your team e.g. by email or chat.
An anonymous name is generated by default, so no login is needed while joining.
You can start your personal ranking session by clicking Start ranking options.

Step 6: Ranking options
Now it’s time for everyone to give their input. Everyone goes through this phase independently.
Two options are showed on screen.
Each person selects the one they prefer.
Round counter shows how many comparisons are left.

Step 7: Combine the lists
After finishing the comparisons, each participant sees their personal ranked list.
As a Host, you’ll see who is ready and also have the possibility to still invite people to the room.
When everyone’s ready, you can combine all the lists into one final ranking by clicking Combine all lists.
Step 8: Wrap up
After the lists are combined and points counted, Noni shows the final result — the list ranked in the most preferred order.
