In 2016, Lowell (formerly Lindorff in Finland) was looking for an IT provider to develop information services for monitoring and reporting on companies’ financial situations. ATR Soft was selected as the supplier for the project and an automated solution was created to track customer data and react quickly to changes in the customer base.
European Lowell is a credit management pioneer and a frontrunner in the ethics of the sector. Lowell operates in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Nordic countries. The company’s customer base comprises 36 million European consumers.
The current situation
The cooperation between Lowell and ATR Soft is continuous and increasing. Nowadays, ATR Soft develops and maintains Lowell’s business systems on a pan-Nordic level. ATR Soft is responsible for the development of both the Digital Channels and Information Services systems.
