Sales Manager - Turku / remote

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and increase our customer network. We expect good networking skills and previous experience working in a sales team around IT solutions.

The salary range for the position is 4 000 – 5 000 euros/month. In salary negotiations, we consider previous experience, competence, and the desire and ability to take responsibility. We also have a bonus system. We reward our ATR Softers for the company’s good results. You can also get a bonus for a long service if you stay with us longer.

What do we expect from you?

We expect you to have the ability to purposefully build customer relationships. In addition to acquiring new customers, your job description includes managing the customer relationship during projects and growing customer relationships in the long term.

You can simplify and present complex IT solutions as understandable stories. In addition, it helps if you are interested in different solutions and have the ability to perceive the bigger picture, since the customer solutions are often very individual.

You work systematically as part of our sales team and keep in close touch with our customers. Your mission is to earn customer trust and ensure customer satisfaction, which we are proud of.
