The salary range for the position is 3 000 – 4 000 euros/month. In salary negotiations, we consider previous experience, competence, and the desire and ability to take responsibility. We also have a bonus system. We reward our ATR Softers for the company’s good results. You can also get a bonus for a long service if you stay with us longer.

What do we expect from you?

A Software Developer we are looking for is a full-stack developer who preferably handles either C# or Java well. Another kind of background is also possible. Mainly we value your programming skills, logical mindset, and the ability for successful software development in general. C# and Java happen to be the languages we mostly use currently, but we are fully open to all technologies and value diversity. Our principle is to use the technologies best fit for each project.

To succeed in your role database knowledge is required. We also expect competence in modern web technologies such as Angular or React. Knowing cloud services such as Microsoft Azure is a good addition.

Technically, you do not have to be a top expert in all areas. More critical are an open mindset and willingness to constantly learn and utilize new technologies. We are looking for people with a positive can-do attitude.

We wish you to be a customer-oriented problem solver who wants to advance the common good together. You enjoy working close to the customer. It is essential that you feel comfortable leading your own doing and carrying out the tasks independently – of course, with the support of your colleagues. It would be great if you described yourself as having good communication skills.

The working language is Finnish or English, depending on the project. Internally, we use English as a common language, but some customers expect us to communicate in Finnish. We appreciate some readiness to travel at least occasionally, as not all of our customers are located in the same town.
