The need
The City of Turku invites bids from software suppliers in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts. ATR Soft has been winning City of Turku bidding competitions since 2013 and, over the years, has delivered more than a hundred projects to the city. Projects include setting up an integration platform, implementing integrations, developing an electronic forms system, developing an ERP system for technical maintenance, developing a core data management system, implementing a mobile interface for decision-makers and implementing a museum system.
The present situation
Currently, ATR Soft is serving as a framework provider for the City of Turku in eight different roles: software development and consulting, microservices development and DevOps expertise, integration services specialist, configuration and testing consulting, technology architecture definition, junior project manager, senior IT project manager and software development project manager.
