ATR Soft Ltd

ATR Soft Ltd, a software company founded in spring 2000. We are located in Turku Technology Centre's IT unit, Old Mill in Finland. Our current team is made up of over forty employees. We are specialized in customer oriented customization of CAD and PDM systems, and database programming.

Our business idea is to create solutions that provide more value and capabilities to our customers' production and business activity. Our mission is to combine our knowledge, competences and experience together, in order to keep innovation as the key driver of our activity.

Our success is mostly based on our close relationship with our customers. To ensure that the needs and wants of our customers are best served, we work closely together in solving their problems. Not only is our goal to answer customers’ needs, but also to exceed their expectations in what we provide.

In order to answer a diversity of technical demands from our customers, our strategy has been to hire people with different skills and competences. This has resulted in a continuous growth of our company in term or turnover, as well as the number of employees in our team.
